South Asian Diabetes Food Guide

The food guide provides South Asian food choices based on the principles of Canada’s Food Guide.  It is a useful tool to help people follow a healthy diet with appropriate portion sizes and serving as it has been reviewed by a registered dietician. This guide is available FREE of cost at the AWIC office. We welcome community members to pick one up during our office hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm.
